These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.inspyr.in, including all related pages, subdomains, learning platforms, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
The Platform is owned and operated by Inspyr Alpha Stellar Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at:

By accessing, browsing, registering, enrolling, or using the Platform or any of our services, you (“User”, “Student”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Legal Nature
This document is an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder.
It does not require physical or digital signatures.
2. Eligibility
By using this Platform or enrolling in any course, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older, or legally permitted to enter into a contract under applicable laws.

All information provided during registration, enquiry, or enrollment is true, accurate, and complete.

You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (if applicable).
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if false or misleading information is provided.
3. Enrollment & Course Confirmation
Enrollment into any course offered by Inspyr may occur through:

Direct admission at an Inspyr center

Online application forms

Payment confirmation via digital payment methods
Once payment is successfully made:

A payment confirmation and tax invoice will be sent to the student via email.

This communication serves as official enrollment confirmation for the program.
By completing the payment, the student agrees to comply with these Terms and the policies of the institute.
4. Course Delivery Methods
Courses may be delivered through one or more of the following formats:

Classroom training (offline)

Live online instructor-led sessions

Recorded video sessions
-
Learning Management System (LMS) content
-
Hybrid training models
The format may vary depending on the course structure.
5. Payments & Taxes
Course fees may be paid through the following methods:

Full payment

Installment plans

Split payments
-
EMI options (including credit card EMI where applicable)

Online payment gateways
-
Bank transfer or UPI
All course fees are subject to applicable GST as per Indian tax laws.
Upon successful payment, a tax invoice will be issued to the student.
The Company shall not be responsible for:

Payment gateway failures

Banking errors
-
Delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Students are advised to carefully review course details before enrolling.
Cooling Period
Students may request cancellation within 24 hours before the first class begins.
Refund requests during this period will be considered only in cases of genuine or technical issues, subject to approval by the Company.
Non-Refundable Amount
A token or booking amount ranging between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 is non-refundable under all circumstances.
After Course Commencement
Once the first class has started, no refunds will be provided.
Mid-Course Withdrawal
If a student discontinues the course after commencement, no refund will be issued for any remaining duration of the program.
7. Placement Assistance Policy
Inspyr provides placement assistance programs designed to support students in securing employment opportunities.
This includes:

Resume preparation

Interview preparation
-
Job referrals
-
Mock interviews
-
Career guidance
-
Employer connections
Placement opportunities may offer salary ranges typically between ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA, depending on performance and market demand.
However:

Employment is not guaranteed without fulfilling program requirements.

Work-from-home opportunities cannot be guaranteed and depend on employer policies.
To qualify for placement assistance, students are expected to:

Complete course assignments

Maintain reasonable attendance
-
Participate in mock interviews
-
Demonstrate satisfactory performance in practical projects
8. Internship Program
Certain programs may include a 2-month internship component.
Internships may be provided through:

Partner organizations
-
Industry companies collaborating with Inspyr
Internships are intended to provide practical experience and skill development.
9. Certification
Upon successful completion of program requirements, students may receive certifications such as:

Course Completion Certificate from Inspyr

Performance / Grade Certification from Inspyr

Internship Certification from Inspyr or partner organizations

Industry certifications such as:

Google certifications
-
HubSpot certifications
-
Other relevant professional certifications where applicable

Certificates may be issued only after meeting course completion criteria.
10. Learning Materials & Intellectual Property
All course materials including:

Videos
-
Slides
-
Notes
-
Assignments
-
Tools
-
Recorded sessions
-
LMS content
are the intellectual property of Inspyr.
Students are permitted to use these materials for personal learning purposes only.
Students may not:

Reproduce
-
Distribute
-
Sell
-
Republish
-
Commercially use
any course material without prior written permission from the Company.
11. Class Recording & Content Access
For quality and training purposes:

Both online and offline classes may be recorded by the institute.

Recorded sessions may be shared with students on the same day or the following day via approved communication channels.
Students who receive LMS access must not share login credentials.
If unauthorized sharing is detected:

Access to the LMS may be suspended or terminated.
12. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during all interactions.
In cases where concerns arise, the institute encourages students to:

Communicate with the support team

Speak with the training coordinators
-
Visit the center to resolve issues amicably
If a matter cannot be resolved through communication, both the student and the institute retain the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies in accordance with applicable laws.
13. Marketing & Communication Consent
By submitting your information or enrolling in any program, you consent to receive communications from Inspyr through:

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting the institute.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Total liability arising from use of the Platform or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the respective course.
15. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

16. Privacy & Data Protection

18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
