  3. Course Cancellation: If Inspyr cancels a course that you have enrolled in, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  4. Instructor-Related Issues: If there are significant issues related to the instructor’s performance or behavior that hinder the learning process, a refund request may be evaluated.

To request a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:
