REFUND POLICY

At Inspyr Training Institute, part of INSPYR ALPHA STELLAR PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver high-quality education across all our offline and online programs. This Refund Policy applies to all students enrolling in any of our courses, workshops, corporate programs, crash courses, special modules, or digital learning materials.
1. General No-Refund Policy

All fees paid towards any program are strictly non-refundable.

Once a student receives course access, including joining links, LMS access, WhatsApp group onboarding, orientation, or first class — no cancellation or refund is permitted.

Classroom Training

Online Training
-
Hybrid Programs

Workshops & Masterclasses
-
Certification Programs
-
Crash Courses
-
Digital Products (recordings, notes, templates)

Corporate Training Programs

Token fees / advance payments are 100% non-refundable if the student decides not to continue or refuses to make the remaining payment.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases (Limited and Fully Verified Only)
Although we follow a strict no-refund policy, the management may consider exceptional cases based on fully verifiable documentation.
Refund may be considered only under:
A. Medical Emergencies

Serious health conditions preventing continuation of classes.

Only with valid documents from a registered medical professional.
B. Major Family Emergencies
-
Bereavement or critical situations within the immediate family.
-
Must be supported by authentic documentation.
C. Course Cancellation by Inspyr
-
If Inspyr fully cancels a batch or program, a 100% refund will be processed.

If the batch is postponed and mutually agreed upon, no refund will be applicable.
Refund Amount for Exceptional Cases

If approved, only 50% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
-
Refund is not applicable if the student has completed 6 months or more from the date of enrollment.
Important Conditions

Refund requests are accepted only from the student’s registered email ID and must include valid supporting documents.
-
Fake, altered, or unverifiable documents will lead to automatic rejection.
-
All decisions by management are final and non-negotiable.
3. Refund Restrictions
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

Change of mind, loss of interest, time issues, job timing changes, personal schedule conflicts.
-
Student missing classes due to personal reasons (health, travel, exams, work, family events).
-
Accessing recordings, LMS material, or resources.
-
Trainer change request after 15 days.
-
Students enrolled under any discount / offer / scholarship / early-bird fees.
-
Students paying in installments or EMI cannot request refunds.
-
If the student has already completed more than 50% of sessions.
-
Non-attendance or irregular attendance.
4. Refund Process (Exceptional Cases Only)

CANCELLATION POLICY
-
Cancellations are not permitted once course access is provided.
-
No cancellation is allowed after welcome email, onboarding, orientation, or first class.
-
No cancellation for digital products once accessed.
-
Token/registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
-
If a student decides not to continue before paying full fees — no refund and no further batch allotment will be given.
BATCH CHANGE POLICY

Students may apply for a batch change within 30 days of enrollment.
-
Batch change fee: ₹2,500 per batch shift.
-
Only one batch change request allowed within the first 30 days.
-
Batch change will not be allowed if:
-
Student has completed more than 50% of sessions, OR
-
Student has accessed significant recordings.
-

If Inspyr changes batch timings, a discussion will be held, and confirmation will be taken over email — batch change may be offered without additional fee, based on mutual agreement.

For personal issues (job shift, travel, studies, schedule conflict), batch change may be allowed with a fee, but no refund will be provided.
EMI, INSTALLMENT & PAYMENT POLICY

Fees paid via EMI, loans, or third-party finance providers cannot be refunded.
-
Students must continue EMI payments, even if they stop attending classes, as this is a financial contract with the third-party provider.

Students may:

Refer another student to take their seat (no additional fee), OR
-
Rejoin a future batch within 6 months at no extra cost (one-time benefit).

NON-ATTENDANCE & MISSED CLASSES
-
Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or fee adjustments.

Inspyr is not responsible for student’s personal issues such as:

Health problems
-
Travel
-
Exams
-
Work timings
-
Internet/device issues
-

Backup sessions or batch shifts may be offered based on availability and policy.
PROGRAM DELIVERY & RESCHEDULING

Inspyr may reschedule classes due to trainer emergencies, technical issues, national holidays, or unavoidable circumstances.

Students will be informed via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
-
Re-scheduled classes will be conducted without additional fee.
-
Once recordings are accessed, no refund will be considered.
JURISDICTION
All disputes or claims related to this policy will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
POLICY UPDATES
This policy may be updated with or without notice. Students are advised to refer to the latest version on our website at any time.
STUDENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By enrolling, paying the fee, or accessing any course materials, the student confirms that:
