Refund, Cancellation & Batch Change Policy

At Inspyr Alpha Stellar Private Limited, operating as Inspyr Training Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality education through our online and classroom programs. This policy governs all enrollments, payments, cancellations, refunds, and batch changes across our training programs.

By enrolling in any program offered by Inspyr, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Fee Policy

All course fees paid to Inspyr are generally non-refundable.

The course fee paid by a student covers the complete learning program which may include:

  • Training sessions

  • Learning Management System (LMS) access

  • Course recordings and study materials

  • Internship opportunities (if applicable)

  • Job assistance support

These components are part of a single bundled program and are not treated as separate services.

Therefore, partial refunds for individual components such as internship, training modules, or job assistance will not be provided.


2. 24-Hour Cooling-Off Period (Limited)

Students may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before attending the first class.

Conditions:

  • Request must be submitted via email from the registered email ID.

  • The request must be made before attending any class or accessing course materials.

  • The reason for cancellation must be genuine and acceptable to the management.

If the request is approved by management:

  • The amount paid may be refunded, including GST.

Important:
The token / registration fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, even within the cooling-off period.


3. Token / Registration Fee Policy

To confirm admission, a token booking amount between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 is collected.

This amount:

  • Confirms the student’s seat in the batch

  • Covers administrative and enrollment costs

The token amount is:

  • Adjusted in the total course fee

  • 100% non-refundable under all circumstances


4. No Refund After Course Access

Once a student receives any of the following, refund requests will not be accepted:

  • Welcome email

  • Batch confirmation

  • LMS login credentials

  • WhatsApp group onboarding

  • Orientation session

  • First class attendance

  • Access to recordings or study materials

Once course access is provided, the enrollment is considered final and non-cancellable.


5. Internship & Placement Disclaimer

Certain programs offered by Inspyr include:

  • Internship opportunities

  • Job assistance support

These are career support services and not guaranteed employment contracts.

Important conditions:

  • Internship participation depends on student performance and eligibility.

  • Job assistance support includes guidance, interview preparation, and opportunity sharing.

  • Salary packages are not guaranteed.

  • Typical salary opportunities may range between ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA, depending on market conditions, skills, and employer requirements.

Fees paid for the program cannot be refunded due to dissatisfaction with internship opportunities, job offers, salary levels, or hiring timelines.


6. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under the following situations:

  • Change of mind

  • Loss of interest in the course

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Work timing changes

  • Health issues preventing attendance

  • Travel or relocation

  • Missing classes

  • Internet or device issues

  • Non-attendance or irregular attendance

  • Dissatisfaction with trainer after 15 days

  • Student completing part of the course

  • Access to recordings or study materials


7. EMI & Third-Party Finance Policy

Students who pay through EMI or third-party finance providers remain responsible for their financial obligations.

These may include partners such as:

  • Banks

  • Financial institutions

  • Payment platforms

  • EMI providers

If a student discontinues the course:

  • EMI payments must still be continued as per the finance agreement.

Inspyr may assist students in communication or clarification if disputes arise, however:

Financial agreements with third-party providers remain the responsibility of the student and the financial institution.


8. Seat Transfer Policy

Students may transfer their enrollment to another individual.

Conditions:

  • Transfer request must be submitted via registered email.

  • The new student must meet program eligibility requirements.

A transfer processing fee of ₹5,000 will be applicable.

Once the transfer is completed, the original student will lose all course access and rights associated with the enrollment.


9. Course Recordings & Access Policy

Students may receive access to:

  • Session recordings

  • Learning materials

  • LMS resources

If a student fails to complete payment obligations:

  • Access to all digital materials and recordings may be suspended or revoked.

Access to digital materials does not qualify for refunds.


10. Class Rescheduling

Inspyr may reschedule classes due to:

  • Trainer availability

  • Technical issues

  • Public holidays

  • Unavoidable circumstances

Students will be informed via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Phone communication

Rescheduled classes will be conducted without additional fees.


11. Limitation of Liability

Inspyr provides educational training services only.

The institute will not be held liable for:

  • Employment outcomes

  • Salary levels

  • Hiring decisions made by third-party employers

  • Personal circumstances affecting course completion

  • Technical issues on the student’s side (internet, devices, etc.)


12. Jurisdiction

All disputes related to payments, training services, or policies will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.


13. Policy Updates

Inspyr reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Students are advised to review the latest version available on the official website.


14. Student Acknowledgement

By enrolling in any program offered by Inspyr, the student confirms that:

  • They have read and understood the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • They accept the no-refund policy except within the limited cooling-off period.

  • They agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
