Placement Policy

Terms and Conditions for Placement Policies at Inspyr

Objective of Placement

  1. To provide students with appropriate job opportunities to start their career in their chosen field.
  2. Placement is available only to eligible students who have completed courses at Inspyr.
  3. Any remuneration offered by the organization to the student must be accepted in writing beforehand.
  4. A separate employment agreement may be provided by the organization if desired.
  5. Placement opportunities depend on the type of course taken by the students.

Eligibility for Placement

  1. Candidates must be a 12+ graduate from any recognized institution.
  2. Candidates must maintain 90% attendance during training.
  3. Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
  4. Punctuality and effective time management during training are essential.
  5. All practical assignments must be completed.
  6. Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 70% on average in all assessments, including module-wise evaluations in Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMRush, and Microsoft Ads.
  7. Candidates must score at least 80% in presentation skills, communication, and mock interviews.
  8. All certification exams in respective courses are mandatory.
  9. Candidates should secure above 90% in mock interviews.
  10. Disciplines, punctuality, and behavior will also be considered in the placement process.
  11. On-time submission of projects related to SEO, PPC, Social Media, Blog Writing, Podcasting, YouTube, and Social Media video & reels is compulsory.

Interview Process

  1. Each eligible student will be given a minimum of 3 interviews and a maximum of 5 interviews.
  2. Once a student receives an offer letter, they will no longer be eligible for further interviews.
  3. All communication regarding the interview process will be conducted via email.
  4. At the conclusion of each interview, students are required to provide feedback on the process and outcomes. This will help us understand student performance, company requirements, and facilitate a smoother placement process.

Disclaimer

  1. Placement is contingent on students’ performance during training.
  2. Job locations are not limited to Bangalore and may vary based on the course taken.
  3. Placement opportunities can be with startups, small businesses, or MNCs.
  4. Students will be placed within 90 days after completing the course and meeting the eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities of Inspyr

  1. To train students in the courses they have chosen.
  2. To provide placement training and interview preparation.
  3. To notify students about job opportunities and schedule interviews.

Responsibilities of Students at Inspyr

  1. Eligible students must register with the Inspyr placement cell.
  2. Students must attend all placement activities; absence may result in removal from the placement list.
  3. Students with unsatisfactory academic performance are advised against participating in placement procedures.
  4. Students must dress professionally and appropriately during interviews.
  5. Students should uphold the institute’s image while visiting organizations for interviews.
  6. Students must seek permission from the placement cell if they choose not to attend a test or interview after their resumes have been forwarded.
  7. Selected students who receive an appointment letter cannot apply again and will be removed from the placement cell if they reject the job offer.
  8. Once a student receives an appointment letter, it is assumed they will join the organization; if they decide not to join, they must inform the placement cell immediately.
  9. Any queries regarding placement must be directed to the placement cell only.
  10. Students violating any rules or displaying indiscipline/misbehavior will be debarred from further placement opportunities and may face disciplinary actions.
  11. The institution reserves the right to prevent any student from appearing for campus interviews on disciplinary grounds.
  12. It is mandatory for students to graduate from any discipline.

Acceptance

By participating in the placement program at Inspyr, students agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the stated requirements may result in disqualification from placement opportunities.
